After leaving her career in finance eighteen years ago for personal reasons, Soumya has been actively involved with several NGOs. Currently, with Mitra Foundation, she is channelling her passion and compassion into supporting those in need. In addition to engaging with NGOs, she also supports many needy children in their education through some good samaritans who rely on the background checks & follow ups that she does personally.
